Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 17, 2026

This policy explains how iFansX handles personal information across its community participation platform, including Talent discovery, voting, Growth Points, Fan Pass previews, access windows, account support, and safety review. It is written for the current demo and early-access product surface and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.

Purpose-limited collection

We collect information needed to operate accounts, Talent discovery, voting, Growth Points, access windows, safety review, support, analytics, and legal compliance.

No sale of personal information

iFansX does not sell personal information in this demo or early-access product. If production advertising or sharing features are introduced, we will provide the required notices and choices.

User control

Users may request access, correction, deletion, export, or account support where those rights are available by law, subject to security, fraud-prevention, audit, and legal-retention limits.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how iFansX may collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when people use the iFansX website, demo surfaces, early-access product, community participation tools, Talent discovery pages, Fan Pass previews, access windows, support features, and related services.

  • It applies to fans, Talent, operators, invited reviewers, event participants, and people who contact iFansX.
  • Some pages in the current product are static or demo-only. Production payment, identity, event, messaging, or partner integrations may require additional notices before launch.
  • This policy is product-facing and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.

2. Information we collect

The categories we collect depend on how a person uses iFansX.

  • Account and identity information, such as name, email address, username, password credentials, profile photo, authentication status, age confirmation, consent records, account settings, and connected-account signals.
  • Community participation information, such as Talent follows, votes, Growth Points, Fan Pass level, referrals, access requests, waitlist status, unlock activity, support milestones, saved interests, rankings, and moderation status.
  • Talent and creator information, such as public profile details, portfolio materials, category tags, location or market, submitted social links, campaign preferences, availability, and content supplied for discovery or promotion.
  • Event and access-window information, such as RSVP status, eligibility checks, venue or city, age restrictions, capacity constraints, attendance confirmations, partner requirements, and support communications.
  • Payment and transaction information if paid features are enabled, such as purchase status, billing contact details, subscription or pass records, refund status, tax or compliance records, and payment processor identifiers. iFansX should use payment processors for card data rather than storing full card numbers directly.
  • Communications and support information, such as messages sent to iFansX, reports, disputes, feedback, survey responses, help requests, and records of our responses.
  • Device, usage, and technical information, such as IP address, device type, browser, operating system, session logs, pages viewed, clicks, timestamps, referring pages, approximate location inferred from IP address, cookies, diagnostics, and security logs.
  • Safety, fraud, and compliance information, such as duplicate-account signals, suspicious activity markers, abuse reports, automation indicators, sanctions or legal-screening results where required, and records needed to enforce platform rules.

3. Sources of information

Information may come from several sources.

  • Directly from users when they create an account, update a profile, vote, follow Talent, join an access window, submit content, contact support, or otherwise use the platform.
  • Automatically from browsers, devices, cookies, analytics tools, security tools, logs, and similar technologies.
  • From service providers, authentication providers, payment processors, support tools, analytics vendors, event partners, Talent representatives, referral links, and other users where they interact with iFansX features.
  • From public or permitted sources, such as public Talent profiles, social links submitted by Talent, public campaign materials, or public posts that are relevant to discovery, verification, or community safety.

4. How we use information

We use personal information for platform operation, safety, communication, and improvement.

  • Provide, personalize, and maintain accounts, Talent discovery, voting, Growth Points, Fan Pass previews, access windows, referrals, onboarding, dashboard views, support tools, and community features.
  • Verify eligibility, enforce age or location restrictions, manage capacity, confirm access-window participation, and coordinate approved event or partner experiences.
  • Process transactions, subscriptions, refunds, tax records, fraud checks, and payment-related support if paid features are enabled.
  • Protect Talent, fans, partners, and iFansX by detecting spam, automated behavior, duplicate accounts, manipulation, abuse, policy violations, security incidents, and platform-integrity risks.
  • Communicate about accounts, support requests, votes, access windows, service updates, policy changes, security alerts, product announcements, surveys, and community opportunities.
  • Measure performance, debug errors, analyze product usage, improve ranking and discovery experiences, test features, and understand how people move through the platform.
  • Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, preserve records, resolve disputes, and protect legal rights.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

iFansX may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, log files, and similar technologies. These tools help the product work and help us understand product quality and security.

  • Strictly necessary technologies support login, consent, preferences, routing, load balancing, fraud prevention, and account security.
  • Analytics and performance technologies help us understand page views, feature usage, errors, latency, campaign performance, and product flows.
  • Preference technologies remember settings such as language, interface state, onboarding progress, and notification choices.
  • Marketing or advertising technologies should only be enabled with the required notices, controls, and consent where applicable.
  • Browser or device settings may let users block or delete some cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may affect login, account security, or core features.

6. How we disclose information

We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy.

  • Service providers and processors may receive information for hosting, cloud storage, authentication, analytics, payments, customer support, email delivery, moderation, security, error monitoring, data processing, and business operations.
  • Talent, creator representatives, event partners, venue operators, production partners, or community partners may receive limited information needed to provide approved access windows, guest lists, eligibility checks, support experiences, or campaign operations.
  • Other users may see public or community-visible information such as display name, profile photo, Talent profile content, public rankings, supporter activity, badges, leaderboard placement, comments, or other information a user chooses to make visible.
  • Legal, safety, and rights-protection disclosures may be made to comply with law, legal process, regulatory requests, safety investigations, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, enforcement of terms, or protection of rights, property, and users.
  • Business transaction disclosures may occur if iFansX is involved in financing, investment diligence, merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards.
  • We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify a person.

7. Automated review and community integrity

iFansX may use rules, scoring, analytics, and automated systems to protect the platform and operate community features. These systems should support, not replace, appropriate human review for sensitive decisions.

  • Votes, Growth Points, referrals, access requests, unlock activity, and account behavior may be reviewed for abuse, automation, duplicate accounts, manipulation, or activity that could harm Talent, fans, partners, or platform integrity.
  • Eligibility, rankings, recommendations, access-window availability, and fraud-review outcomes may be influenced by participation history, profile details, location, age confirmation, capacity, timing, moderation status, and safety signals.
  • Users may contact support if they believe an account restriction, eligibility result, or safety review was incorrect.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

  • Account, profile, consent, and community participation records may be retained while an account is active.
  • Security, fraud-prevention, audit, access-window, transaction, tax, and legal records may be retained after account closure when needed to protect users, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or prevent abuse.
  • Support records, logs, analytics, and diagnostics may be retained for limited periods based on operational need.
  • When information is no longer needed, we will delete, de-identify, or aggregate it according to applicable retention practices.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

  • Appropriate safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, least-privilege permissions, monitoring, logging, backups, vendor review, and incident-response procedures.
  • Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and notifying iFansX if they believe an account has been compromised.
  • Production systems that handle payment, identity verification, or sensitive data should use specialized providers and additional security review.

10. User choices and privacy rights

Depending on location and applicable law, users may have rights and choices regarding personal information.

  • Request access to the personal information we maintain about them.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, audit, and operational exceptions.
  • Request a portable copy of certain personal information where available.
  • Object to or opt out of certain processing, sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where those rights apply.
  • Limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
  • Appeal or ask for review of certain privacy-rights decisions where applicable.
  • We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority where the law allows.

11. Regional notices

Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. iFansX should add jurisdiction-specific notices before production launch in regions where they are required.

  • California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of certain sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-personal-information uses, and avoid discrimination for exercising rights, subject to applicable thresholds and exceptions.
  • Residents of other U.S. states may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, portability, opt out of targeted advertising or profiling, and appeal decisions where state privacy laws apply.
  • People in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland may have rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, consent withdrawal, and complaint to a supervisory authority where applicable.
  • Cross-border transfers may occur when iFansX, service providers, or partners process information in countries other than the user's country. Production launch should use legally appropriate transfer safeguards where required.

12. Children and age-restricted experiences

iFansX is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some community, content, event, or access-window experiences may have higher age requirements.

  • If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it or otherwise handle it as required by law.
  • Parents or guardians who believe a child provided personal information to iFansX should contact us.
  • Production experiences involving minors, age-restricted events, talent participation, or parental consent should be reviewed by counsel and supported by appropriate verification and consent flows.

13. Third-party links and services

iFansX may link to Talent pages, social platforms, payment processors, event partners, authentication providers, and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, not by iFansX.

  • Users should review the privacy policies of third-party services before using them.
  • Connecting a third-party account or using a partner experience may allow that provider to share limited information with iFansX and may allow iFansX to send limited information to that provider as needed to complete the requested action.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, partners, or data practices change.

  • The updated date will show when the policy was last revised.
  • For material changes, iFansX should provide notice through the product, email, account notifications, or another appropriate channel before the change takes effect where required.

15. Contact

For privacy requests or questions, contact iFansX through the support channel provided in the product or by email.

  • Privacy contact: privacy@ifansx.com
  • Support requests should include the account email, request type, country or state of residence when relevant, and enough detail for us to verify and route the request.
  • Do not send sensitive identity documents, payment details, or passwords by email unless iFansX specifically provides a secure submission method.
