These Terms of Service describe the rules for using iFansX, including the website, demo surfaces, early-access product, Talent discovery pages, voting, Growth Points, Fan Pass previews, access windows, account tools, and related services.
- By accessing or using iFansX, creating an account, submitting content, voting, joining a Fan Pass preview, requesting access, or participating in a community feature, you agree to these terms.
- If you use iFansX on behalf of an organization, Talent team, agency, partner, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
- If you do not agree to these terms, do not use iFansX.
- These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
iFansX is currently presented as a demo and early product surface. Some pages are static, some features may be simulated, and some production systems may not yet be connected.
- These terms are product-facing operating terms, not a final production legal agreement.
- Before commercial launch, iFansX should confirm the legal entity, governing law, dispute process, payment terms, subscription disclosures, refund rules, tax handling, event policies, and regional notices with counsel.
- If a production agreement, event agreement, creator agreement, partner agreement, or checkout-specific term conflicts with this demo page, the more specific production term should control for that feature.
iFansX may limit who can use certain features or experiences.
- Users must be old enough to create an account and use the relevant feature under applicable law and iFansX policy.
- Some content, Talent experiences, events, backstage access, production environments, or venue-based features may require higher age thresholds, identity checks, parental or guardian consent, location eligibility, or partner approval.
- iFansX may refuse, suspend, or limit access where required for safety, compliance, availability, capacity, abuse prevention, sanctions screening, or legal reasons.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate information when eligibility, age, location, event access, or identity confirmation is requested.
Users are responsible for the accounts they create and the activity that occurs through those accounts.
- Account information must be accurate, current, and controlled by the person or organization using the account.
- Users must keep login credentials confidential and must not sell, rent, transfer, share, or misuse account access.
- Users must promptly notify iFansX if they believe an account has been compromised or used without authorization.
- iFansX may require re-authentication, verification, consent confirmation, or additional review before allowing sensitive account changes, access requests, or payment-related actions.
iFansX is designed for Talent discovery, fan participation, voting, Growth Points, content unlocks, referrals, supporter badges, access windows, and community experiences.
- Participation should be genuine, respectful, and aligned with the Community Guidelines.
- Votes, follows, referrals, Growth Points, rankings, comments, badge status, Fan Pass activity, and access requests may be used to shape community signals, discovery surfaces, milestones, eligibility, and product personalization.
- iFansX may review or adjust participation signals if activity appears automated, fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, abusive, or inconsistent with platform integrity.
- Participation signals do not guarantee that a Talent will be signed, booked, promoted, selected, funded, hired, represented, or commercially successful.
iFansX participation features are not financial products. This boundary is fundamental to how the platform should be interpreted.
- Fan participation, votes, Growth Points, Fan Pass previews, badges, rankings, referrals, milestones, and access windows do not provide ownership, equity, securities, debt, revenue share, dividends, royalties, profit rights, voting rights in a company, or governance rights over Talent or iFansX.
- Growth Points and participation signals have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, cannot be sold, and cannot be exchanged for financial return.
- Fan Pass is community access only. It is not an investment, not a resale right, not a guaranteed ticket, and not a promise of future financial benefit.
- Any language about support, momentum, ranking, milestones, access, or community growth should be understood as product participation language, not investment language.
Fan Pass, Growth Points, and access windows may unlock or organize community experiences, but they remain subject to operational limits.
- A Fan Pass may provide access to community updates, supporter badges, content previews, early access windows, waitlists, or other experiences described in the relevant product surface.
- Growth Points may record participation, engagement, referrals, voting, support actions, or other community activity. They may be changed, corrected, capped, withheld, or removed if needed for integrity, abuse prevention, or product operation.
- Access windows may be open, invite-only, Fan Pass eligible, milestone-based, waitlisted, location-limited, age-limited, capacity-limited, or subject to separate confirmation.
- Access windows do not guarantee admission, entry, seat assignment, backstage access, Talent interaction, travel, accommodation, merchandise, media usage, or any specific benefit unless iFansX confirms it in writing for that experience.
- iFansX may change, pause, cancel, reschedule, or restrict an access window because of safety, capacity, Talent availability, venue requirements, partner requirements, moderation status, legal compliance, or operational need.
Talent, creators, agencies, partners, and users may submit or provide materials for discovery, promotion, events, profiles, campaigns, or community experiences.
- Submitted materials may include profile information, portfolio images, videos, social links, bios, categories, availability, campaign copy, comments, feedback, and other content.
- The person or entity submitting content represents that they have the rights and permissions needed to provide it to iFansX and to allow the uses described in these terms.
- Submitted content must not infringe third-party rights, violate privacy or publicity rights, include unlawful material, contain misleading claims, or breach platform policies.
- iFansX may reject, remove, resize, crop, edit for format, label, moderate, or decline to publish content when needed for quality, safety, rights, compliance, or product presentation.
Users keep ownership of content they own, but iFansX needs permission to operate, display, promote, and improve the platform.
- By submitting content to iFansX, the submitter grants iFansX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, adapt for layout, create previews, promote, and use the content in connection with iFansX products, community surfaces, campaigns, events, and related marketing.
- This license should last as long as needed to operate the feature, preserve records, fulfill campaign or event obligations, comply with law, and maintain reasonable archival or backup copies.
- If a separate Talent, creator, agency, partner, or campaign agreement provides different content rights, the more specific written agreement should control for that content.
- iFansX may use feedback, suggestions, ideas, or product comments without restriction or compensation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
The following activity is not allowed on iFansX.
- Harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, doxxing, impersonation, unsafe conduct, illegal activity, or content that targets Talent, fans, minors, partners, staff, or other users.
- Vote manipulation, bot activity, fake engagement, duplicate accounts, referral fraud, scraping, credential sharing, spam, automation, abuse of access windows, or attempts to distort rankings or Growth Points.
- Uploading malware, probing systems, bypassing access controls, interfering with platform security, reverse engineering protected systems, or using iFansX to harm another service.
- Misrepresenting affiliation, endorsement, availability, identity, age, location, Talent status, agency status, commercial terms, or event eligibility.
- Using iFansX content, Talent information, user data, images, rankings, or signals to build a competing service, train models, scrape profiles, or contact users outside permitted platform workflows without authorization.
The current page is written for a demo. If paid products, subscriptions, paid Fan Pass features, paid event access, or other commercial features are enabled, the checkout flow must provide clear commercial terms before charging a user.
- A production checkout should disclose price, currency, taxes, billing frequency, renewal terms, trial terms, cancellation method, refund policy, included features, eligibility limits, and any feature-specific restrictions.
- Recurring subscriptions or auto-renewing features should require express informed consent before billing and should provide a clear cancellation path appropriate to the signup method and applicable law.
- Payments should be processed through third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies may apply to payment processing.
- Unless a production checkout or event-specific term says otherwise, fees may be non-refundable after digital access, limited-capacity access, event confirmation, or other non-reversible benefits are delivered.
- iFansX may refuse, reverse, refund, or cancel a transaction where needed for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, chargeback handling, eligibility, legal compliance, pricing error correction, or operational reasons.
Events, showcases, backstage access, interviews, production days, and other real-world experiences involve additional operational and safety requirements.
- Event access may depend on age, identity, location, venue capacity, Talent availability, production schedule, safety checks, dress code, arrival time, guest-list confirmation, partner approval, and event-specific rules.
- Users must follow venue rules, staff instructions, safety requirements, recording restrictions, photography rules, confidentiality notices, and applicable laws.
- iFansX does not guarantee that any event will occur, that a specific Talent will appear, that access will be transferable, or that travel or accommodation will be provided.
- Events may be canceled, rescheduled, relocated, modified, or restricted because of safety, capacity, Talent availability, weather, venue requirements, partner requirements, legal compliance, or other operational needs.
iFansX may support Talent campaigns, brand collaborations, partner campaigns, affiliate opportunities, sponsored content, or promotional placements.
- Sponsored, paid, gifted, affiliate, or otherwise compensated relationships should be clearly disclosed where required.
- Talent, creators, partners, and brands are responsible for truthful claims, appropriate disclosure, rights clearance, and compliance with applicable advertising, endorsement, and platform rules.
- iFansX may label, limit, reject, or remove promotional content that appears misleading, undisclosed, unsafe, rights-infringing, or inconsistent with platform policy.
iFansX may moderate content, accounts, access, and participation signals to protect users and platform integrity.
- iFansX may review, remove, label, restrict, reduce visibility, freeze points, withhold access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or investigate activity that may violate these terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
- Enforcement decisions may consider user reports, automated signals, manual review, safety risk, repeated behavior, severity, fraud indicators, partner requirements, legal obligations, and operational constraints.
- Users may contact support if they believe an enforcement action was incorrect, but iFansX may keep restrictions in place during review.
iFansX owns or licenses its brand, product design, software, data structures, editorial layouts, and platform materials.
- Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from iFansX technology, branding, ranking systems, design, or proprietary content except as expressly allowed.
- iFansX names, logos, graphics, interfaces, product flows, badges, rankings, and visual systems may not be used without permission.
- Nothing in these terms gives users ownership of iFansX software, brand assets, platform data, product concepts, or internal systems.
iFansX may link to or integrate with third-party services, including social platforms, authentication providers, payment processors, analytics tools, venues, event partners, and Talent-owned channels.
- Third-party services are controlled by their own terms, privacy policies, fees, availability, and security practices.
- iFansX is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, or third-party actions unless a production agreement expressly says otherwise.
- Connecting a third-party account or using a partner feature may require the user to follow both iFansX terms and the third party's rules.
iFansX may change over time as the product, Talent programs, partner requirements, legal obligations, and community needs evolve.
- Features may be added, changed, paused, limited, renamed, removed, or made unavailable without guaranteeing continued access to any specific feature.
- Rankings, Growth Points, badges, Fan Pass previews, access windows, eligibility, content availability, and community mechanics may change for product, safety, compliance, or operational reasons.
- iFansX does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, permanent data availability, permanent content availability, or compatibility with every device or browser.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iFansX is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during the demo and early product period.
- iFansX does not guarantee Talent outcomes, bookings, representation, casting results, follower growth, earnings, commercial success, event attendance, brand deals, press coverage, or specific community results.
- iFansX does not guarantee that participation, votes, Growth Points, Fan Pass status, rankings, or support actions will lead to any specific access, selection, benefit, or opportunity.
- Product information may be incomplete, changed, or illustrative during the demo period.
Production terms should confirm the exact legal entity, jurisdiction, and liability limits with counsel.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, iFansX should not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or lost opportunities arising from use of the platform.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may apply only to the extent permitted by law.
- Nothing in these terms should exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Users are responsible for the content they submit and the way they use the platform.
- Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold iFansX harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their content, account activity, misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
- This section should be finalized by counsel before production launch, especially for Talent, agency, brand, event, and partner relationships.
The final dispute process and governing law should be confirmed before production launch.
- A production version should identify the iFansX legal entity, governing law, venue, notice address, arbitration or court process if any, class-action treatment if any, and small-claims or consumer exceptions where required.
- Until production terms are finalized, users should contact iFansX first so the parties can try to resolve account, access, billing, content, or community issues directly.
iFansX may update these terms as the product changes.
- The updated date shows when the terms were last revised.
- Material changes should be communicated through the product, email, account notice, checkout flow, or another appropriate channel where required.
- Continuing to use iFansX after updated terms take effect means the user accepts the updated terms.
Questions about these terms, account restrictions, access windows, content rights, or community policies should be routed through iFansX support.
- Terms contact: legal@ifansx.com
- Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@ifansx.com or the privacy contact listed in the Privacy Policy.
- Support requests should include the account email, the feature involved, the relevant Talent or event if any, and enough context for iFansX to review the issue.
