Chargeback Agreement

This Chargeback Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between EAM Media Inc. ("Company") and the user ("User") of the Ifansx platform. By using Ifansx, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. What is a Chargeback?

A chargeback is a reversal of a payment made by a user for goods or services, typically initiated through the user's bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks are intended to protect users from fraudulent transactions or unauthorized charges.

2. Chargeback Requests

If you believe that a payment on Ifansx was made in error or without your authorization, you may request a chargeback through your financial institution. However, Ifansx encourages users to contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback to resolve the issue directly.

3. Company’s Response to Chargebacks

When a chargeback is initiated, the Company may take the following actions:

  • Investigation: We will conduct a thorough investigation into the chargeback request, reviewing transaction records and communications.
  • Account Suspension: Your account may be temporarily suspended while the chargeback is under investigation.
  • Content Access: Access to purchased content may be revoked during the chargeback process.

4. Consequences of Unwarranted Chargebacks

4.1 Account Termination: Repeated or unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent termination of your Ifansx account.

4.2 Fees and Penalties: Users who initiate unwarranted chargebacks may be held responsible for any fees or penalties incurred by the Company, including processing fees.

4.3 Legal Action: In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover damages.

5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly with our support team before initiating a chargeback. If you are dissatisfied with the resolution, you may still pursue a chargeback through your financial institution.
