CRM Agreement

Effective Date: 12/10/2024

This CRM Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between EAM Media Inc. ("Company") and the user ("Client") for the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services on Ifansx. By using Ifansx's CRM tools, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

The Company provides CRM services to help Creators manage their relationships with Fans. These services include:

  • Fan Interaction: Tools for managing direct messages, comments, and subscriptions.
  • Customer Data Management: The ability to organize and track customer interactions and preferences.
  • Marketing Tools: Features for sending promotional messages, newsletters, and updates to Fans.

2. Data Privacy and Security

2.1 Data Protection: The Company ensures that all customer data collected through the CRM system is stored securely and used in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

2.2 User Responsibilities: Creators must ensure that they are handling customer data in compliance with Ifansx's privacy policies and applicable laws, including obtaining any necessary consents for communication and marketing.

3. Fees and Payments

The use of CRM services may be subject to additional fees, which will be disclosed to the Client prior to use. Payments for CRM services will follow the same payment structure as other services on Ifansx.

4. Termination of CRM Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to CRM services if the Client is found to be in violation of this Agreement or other Ifansx policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of CRM services. Users are responsible for managing and safeguarding customer relationships, including any interactions or communications facilitated through the CRM system.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of CRM services will be resolved in accordance with the Ifansx Terms of Service and governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
