Customer Service Agreement

This Customer Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between EAM Media Inc. ("Company") and the user ("Client") for the use of customer support services on Ifansx. By using Ifansx, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

The Company provides customer service support to assist users with platform-related issues, including:

  • Technical Support: Assisting users with account setup, technical issues, and feature usage.
  • Billing and Payment Support: Addressing issues related to subscriptions, payments, and refunds.
  • Content Moderation: Assisting with content-related inquiries and policy violations.

2. Service Availability

Customer service support is available during the following hours:

3. User Responsibilities

If a user is unsatisfied with the outcome of a customer service inquiry, they may request a review or appeal by contacting senior management. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Ifansx’s Terms of Service and governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

5. Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend customer service access if the user is found to be in violation of this Agreement or other Ifansx policies.
