DMCA Policy

EAM Media Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates Ifansx and respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and expect users of our platform to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims and provides guidance on how to submit a notice or counter-notice.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on Ifansx infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to our designated agent. The notice must contain the following:
- Your Contact Information: Full name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the Infringing Content: A description of the copyrighted work and the location (URL) of the infringing content.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature.

2. Removal of Infringing Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following actions:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user who uploaded the content about the removal or disabling of access.
- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe that the content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was taken down in error, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:
- Your Contact Information: Full name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the Content: A description of the content that was removed and its location before it was removed.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Ifansx may be found.
- Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature.
Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original party does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the content.
4. Repeat Infringers
Ifansx has a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright law. We define "repeat infringer" as any user who has received multiple DMCA notices for infringing content.
5. Misrepresentation of Claims
Any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you believe a copyright claim has been misrepresented, please notify us immediately.
